The Role
Working with Orbitsound has so far been an amazing opportunity both fun and enjoyable
Although we are working independently 95% of the time, our efforts and dedication does not go unnoticed! I feel very valued and appreciate within the company!
. When it comes to support and guidance orbitsound is an amazing company due to the level of effort that is put in to helping us. In orbit sound we all work as a team support and guidance is not only given from supervisor but from other team members, area managers and people from all areas of the team! We have weekly conference calls, one to one conversations with area manager and a very active WhatsApp group and weekly emails. When it comes to guidance and support these are just few of the ways orbitsound employees help one another on a daily basis.
Working weekends in general is very busy dependent on the time of the year.
A lot of responsibility is genuinely expected from orbit sound due to the fact that we work independently 95% of the time, with the general expectation to maintain and uphold a positive Image for the company from our sales techniques to our physical dress code.
Working with all bits and has developed me into a much more confident character this role is one which will benefit people from all different walks of life regardless of the degree that you study!
