The Role
I thoroughly enjoy working with Orbitsound for three during my time at university! They have a fantastic work force and team, with a great set up so everybody feels valued and appreciated.
Always feel valued and appreciated with Orbitsound.
The managers were mostly available at any point throughout the week, and their was always an alternative person to phone if managers were not available.
Working in a store on your own gives you the freedom to take breaks when you deemed necessary i.e. During quite times during the day. However, you were often busy meeting and talking to customers.
Working in your own store gives you a lot of responsibility dealing with returns, sales and training other members of staff
The skills developed with this job will rip me with fixture jobs and opportunities.
The Company
Always positive
Always organised and punctual.
We always had a training day once a year, and weekly conference calls. Always helpful, with helpful tips for the weekend
The computer any is always growing and looking to hire staff to develop with them
The Culture
The socials were always good and always welcoming.
Cheap from a work sense.
Good
Not many opportunities as staff are spread out all over the UK
