The Role

Managers are always available and eager to help you perform better at your role.
Only two days when I started. Now I am often busy 5 days regardless of what I'm doing.
An entire store for a major city or town for any employee guarantees responsibility. Candidates often become in charge of their own slice of this business.
Relevant - Business studies, customer service applied in a real environment, targets, dealing with new circumstances and elements of IT
The Company
Always optimistic. Morning calls keep everyone motivated. That is by far the hardest part of this job. Master motivation and you can always succeed.
Personal growth is a major goal for Orbitsound. Growing individuals is a company target. They often review what stage you are at, and how you have improved since you started.
