Supporting the Top 4 retail partnerships across Softlines marketing. This includes liaising with the brand marketing teams to deliver marketing materials for upcoming campaigns and secure future campaigns. The role involves delivering pitch decks, campaign ideation and marketing materials, as well as briefing internal and external agencies to support.

I work on a variety of projects to help create Moments That Matter. My day-to-day tasks involve admin, project work, liaising with our charity partners and teamwork. Each day is different and unique with this role and that is one of the things I enjoy most about it. Through my role I am able to work on many different projects which really help me develop professionally and gain exposure to other areas of the business.
I help create email campaigns for Studio releases and other LOB communications, and run the end to end process. This involves liaising with up to 13 markets and multiple teams across different LOBs, collecting their content and feedback, and handling the reviewing and approving process with the teams and our creative agency to ensure the deadlines are met and campaigns are sent out on time. I am also responsible for collecting and analysing the results to share with the teams.
Support the marketing team on servicing clients. First point of contact for key clients to help field enquires. Assist with the full approvals process for broadcaster marketing materials and any other post sale marketing activity for the above territories Assist with the production of pre-sale marketing documents and pitches for clients in the above territories. My main role over the course of my placement has been to create short promotional trailers for new TV shows and new seasons of existing shows on National Geographic and National Geographic WILD. I also remake and remaster existing promos so that they may air in a new region in addition to their existing one. No day is the same - occasionally I will focus on editing a promo, arranging admin, or collaborating with other teams to create the audio and graphical elements of the promo.

My role requires me to work with TWDC and Nat Geo to bring synergies and leverage both brands. Moreover, one of our key tasks is to bring the Nat Geo brand to life as part of TWDC, and hence we need to bring awarness of it (internally and externally).
This role is very fluid and demanding with a wide range of tasks and responsibilities. Daily tasks include keeping up to date with series running orders and communicating any changes to the wider team, creating and amending content deals in the system, contract analysis and running sales reports. This role requires communication and collaboration with various different departments including marketing, legal and finance. I also assist clients with screening room requests and queries. We have team meetings frequently and I am encouraged to share what I am working on and to contribute any ideas to others' work too.
The role involves assisting the creative team with the development and production of animated series from initial conception to final broadcast. Day to day tasks include: reviewing development materials and submissions in internal discussions, producing promotional content and various presentations for the team, researching animation companies, conferences and talent and assisting in the management of daily traffic of review material.
Liaise with EMEA markets to ensure they have the correct marketing materials, run brainstorming sessions with other interns on upcoming titles, reading scripts and giving our feedback and thoughts on the target market, key selling points etc. Completing meeting minutes and feeding this back to the team.

A large part of the role included organising documents such as budgets and schedules as well as organising meetings and attending then for minutes. I was also involved in a large variety of other tasks including invoices, research and budget comparisons to help the rest of the team to manage the ongoing productions.
