The Role
Thoroughly loved it.
My team were incredibly supportive and made me feel valued and appreciated
Very much. Any problems they were easy to talk to and they always checked that I was okay and that I was happy.
I had tasks which I would work on daily and if I ever ran out of work I could just ask for more. I was never overworked or underworked.
I had my own projects which I was allowed to get on with. I was made to feel like a recruitment consultant with my own candidates and my own jobs.
I understand now what makes someone employable and there are key competencies which I can take away and apply to future roles.
The Company
I had at least one laugh everyday. There was always banter in the office and everyone was incredibly welcoming. Very fun and busy office environment
It was well organised but tasks sometimes varied dependent on their urgency. I liked the variation of this though.
I would always ask questions and they would be happy to answer them for me or explain things. We would regularly have reviews and they would feedback in order for me to improve.
Financial Bonus

The Culture
Yes very much so. We ate lunch together everyday and went out for meals and nights out
The drinks were expensive but worth it. There are loads more cheaper places to drink though
Excellent. Great bars and clubs
Not really. Obviously nights out and there were things going on if you were proactive enough it search for them.
