The Role
Really enjoyed the internship. It offered a true and exciting insight into the job of a recruitment consultant. The internship was both challenging and rewarding.
I felt immediately included and involved. I was given a mentor who looked after me throughout the internship. Everyone was more than happy to help and there was a really team effort.
I felt like there was no stupid question to ask and everyone was more than willing to help. I was given amazing guidance and offered a lot of support through the my time here.
I was always busy and engaged and felt like I was getting a full experience. I enjoyed the fast paced environment of the job and found it a fun and exciting place to work.
From the beginning I was given roles to run with and had responsibility of sourcing candidates. It is definitely a challenge to begin with but once you get the hang of things the internship is really rewarding.
Hugely! The internship builds your confidence immensely! Both professionally and personally my communication skills have improved.
The Company
Work hard play hard.
Really well organised. Every team is different but the overall feeling at the end of the internship is that everything ran well and people felt included and involved.

The Culture
There is some overlap, however for me most of the socialising was done with the team.
The area the office is in is pretty expensive however Manchester in general is pretty cheap.
