    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • Really enjoyed the internship. It offered a true and exciting insight into the job of a recruitment consultant. The internship was both challenging and rewarding.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • I felt immediately included and involved. I was given a mentor who looked after me throughout the internship. Everyone was more than happy to help and there was a really team effort.

  • I felt like there was no stupid question to ask and everyone was more than willing to help. I was given amazing guidance and offered a lot of support through the my time here.

  • I was always busy and engaged and felt like I was getting a full experience. I enjoyed the fast paced environment of the job and found it a fun and exciting place to work.

  • From the beginning I was given roles to run with and had responsibility of sourcing candidates. It is definitely a challenge to begin with but once you get the hang of things the internship is really rewarding.

  • Hugely! The internship builds your confidence immensely! Both professionally and personally my communication skills have improved.

  • Really well organised. Every team is different but the overall feeling at the end of the internship is that everything ran well and people felt included and involved.

  • There is some overlap, however for me most of the socialising was done with the team.

  • The area the office is in is pretty expensive however Manchester in general is pretty cheap.
