  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • I enjoyed the internship overall and gained valuable skills that I will be able to use throughout my career.

  • I felt really valued by my team, there were always around when I needed help and supported me throughout my time with the company.

  • Had very little contact with my line manager throughout the internship, but was supported strongly by my team.

  • There was a consistent level of work, I never felt overwhelmed or bored.

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • I was able to own and run my own project but would have liked to been given more responsibility as the internship progressed.

  • The soft skills I learned throughout the internship will be invaluable to my future career.

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • Nice atmosphere, could be a bit quiet at times but everyone was very approachable and easy to get along with.

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • On a company level, the intern programme was well structured, however, within my own department I felt the structure was lacking somewhat, for example I did not have any 1-1's with my line manager during the internship.

  • No personalised training as such.

    The Culture

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • Great social scene, all of the interns were outgoing and easy to get along with.

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • It's London, unfortunately that means the cost of living was always going to be quite high.

  • A few decent bars and pubs around the office.

  • A variety of sports teams to join and also had an Office Olympics event.
