The Role
I enjoyed the internship overall and gained valuable skills that I will be able to use throughout my career.
I felt really valued by my team, there were always around when I needed help and supported me throughout my time with the company.
Had very little contact with my line manager throughout the internship, but was supported strongly by my team.
There was a consistent level of work, I never felt overwhelmed or bored.
I was able to own and run my own project but would have liked to been given more responsibility as the internship progressed.
The soft skills I learned throughout the internship will be invaluable to my future career.
The Company
Nice atmosphere, could be a bit quiet at times but everyone was very approachable and easy to get along with.
On a company level, the intern programme was well structured, however, within my own department I felt the structure was lacking somewhat, for example I did not have any 1-1's with my line manager during the internship.
No personalised training as such.

The Culture
Great social scene, all of the interns were outgoing and easy to get along with.
It's London, unfortunately that means the cost of living was always going to be quite high.
A few decent bars and pubs around the office.
A variety of sports teams to join and also had an Office Olympics event.
