The Role
I was a Summer Intern last year and decided to come back for another summer. My motivation to come back was driven, in part because of the great relationship I had with my boss, in part because of the interesting project I was going to be working on. When you get the luxury of having both, you're bound to have a good experience.
The project I worked on was closely related to the subject-area I would like to get into in the future. So clearly, the skills I developed and the "training I received" were of value to me.
The Company
Awesome atmosphere at the office. The people I interacted with were respectful, kind and generally just fun to be with. You can definitely sense the "open-culture" when you come into the office.
The Culture
Pretty expensive area, but still very fun. Located right in the centre of London, it's quite easy to get around meet-up with some friends after work.
Played some 5-a-side football every Monday. Had some good fun. It's also an opportunity to meet people from other teams and just socialise.
