  • Working with Application Software Group, I really enjoyed my time interning at YouView as I got real practical experience working on projects. Working at YouView is great, all my colleagues were always willing to help, together with other interns. There's always something going on here, events, hackathons, games nights and other cool events.

  • during my placement, I was kept busy every day. i was working on my project most of the time, if for any reason i wasn't able to work on it or ran out of tasks for the week, we'd have the opportunity to take on tasks that extend our project such as testing or leaning new technologies. During events like the hackathon, we could join any of the exciting projects going on at YouVew. There is always opportunity at YouView

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • I was given a lot of responsibility during my internship. tasks for me to complete would be set at the start of the week, and this would be reviewed in the next weekly meeting.
