  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • Very much enjoyed this placement, however there were quiet spells with not alot of jobs in the workbook

  • Colleagues were very friendly and helpful. I as given interesting jobs and not pointless tasks

  • Everybody throughout the company was very supportive

  • When out of the office I was kept busy

  • As I am not qualified to do any of the actual surveying work, it was more a shadowing experience. I was able to help with certificates and reports while in the office

  • The experience definetly broadened my understanding

  • The office had a very friendly and fun atmosphere while still allowing to complete work without distractions

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • As I was the only intern in Glasgow, I only could socialise with the rest of the interns when we met up for the mid term presentations

  • n/a as I stayed in my university accomodation

  • There is always something to do in Glasgow
