The Role
Absolutely loved it, would strongly advise all undergraduates to apply !
Worked with a large variety of people, who I felt regarded the undergraduates highly
Managed by many different people around the business, which gave me an insight into different management styes. Each one supported me throughout my time at JCB.
Given a variety of tasks to carry out, which at times were challenging but gave me the opportunity to develop me time management skills
Multiple job roles provide me with varying responsibilities, which I felt was good.
Training courses in CAD, Presentational skills and team building exercises have become useful in my final year of study. Time management skills learnt through real life scenarios have become useful when self learning.

Shared accommodation provided by JCB was very reasonable and local area was cheap for socialising.
Local town was alright for socialising in but mainly had to travel to larger surrounding towns/cities
There were multiple company fund raising events held throughout the year and many sporting events.
