The Role
Very interesting assignments. Results that will be used in the company. Great social life after work, stimulated by the company.
Always people around to ask questions and help if necessary. The colleagues are always eager to help.
Perfect support and guidance.
The supervisor will try to keep you busy but in the end you decide your own work.
I've learned a great deal about general structure in a international company. The team/social skills that where stimulated will surely help me in the future. A knowledge expansion is always good.
The Company
Always time for a chat, laugh or work.
No comments about the organization. From start to end very good organized.
They invested in our knowledge, team and social skills. Simulated sports and independent working abilities.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare from home
Unclear at the moment. But I rate the chances of each student rather great.
The Culture
Perfect
Fear. But the highest but not the cheapest, in terms of living. We got our own social budget from the company to stimulate social activities which also kept costs low.
Lots of places to go out in Southampton and lots of different possibilities.
A dozen different sport activities, a gym, people came together to do all kinds of things.
