The Role
It wasn't bad getting some work experience. However, you were just left to do your own thing at your desk for 2 months. Hardly the ideal internship
People are quite stuck up and judgemental. They did help when asked but did not seem they enjoyed helping at all
I got some constructive feedback in my last day. That is it
As busy as I wanted to be
None
As I said, it was good to get some work experience and get a taste of what life is like in the office. But the work was barely intellectually stimulating
The Company
People barely talked to each other and would keep a huge distance between each other. it had to do with the safety and impersonal culture of the firm
Clear timetable given from the very beginning
I guess they hired me and gave me some work experience. that's it
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Got an offer and rejected it
The Culture
Yes, it was good
Surrey is quite expensive
Non existent
None that I can recall.
