  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • Very enjoyable experience. Always had something to do and was approached whenever i looked bored

    • Felt relatively valued. It was a fast paced working environment so i could not expect all the attention however i was helped along all the help.

    • Anything that troubled me or that i didnt understand was fully explained and my powerpoint at was supported all the way.

    • Learned very important people skills and gained an understand of the type of skills required for a similar job, whether they were gained for university or not.

    The Company

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • My days were pre planned and scheduled precisely with times so my days ran very smoothly and the people expecting me were fully able to fit me into their working day.

  • 6. How was the general atmosphere during your insight?

    • General atmosphere was very friendly, people alway communicating and non-stop challenges. For this reason is was very difficult to get bored and there was always a lively atmosphere.

    • Not a whole load development was more of a chance for me to see what i wanted to get from the job. I did have to go through a safety induction though.

    • Shadowing many workers gave me a good feel on what it would be like working in a similar environment
