About You
It was really fun, met some great people and had loads of physical activities.
All the employees treated us well and would make an effort to come and speak to us.
We were told where and when we needed to be in places and provided help when required.
Loads of different physical and mental activities dedicated to improving different skills from team work to communication.
The Company
Strict schedule and with full day events.
All the students were very nice and fun and made the atmosphere calm and enjoyable.
All the activities were designed to improve core competency skills.
There were presentations and Q&A with full time employees from all ranges. They would describe their roles and then you had the chance to ask them any questions.
The presentations by the employees would emphasis the culture of the firm and how it differed from competitors and you always had the opportunity to ask questions.
They would describe their different roles sufficiently and then you had the chance to ask questions.
Everything Else
They paid for travel to and from the programme. They provided accommodation and food throughout.
They brought a breadth of employees to give you the chance to network from people who just joined the firm to employees who have been working there for 30 years.
All the events and meals were done in teams or with the other students.
They were slightly touched upon in presentations but you could easily ask this.
If youre interested in the company or want to make new friends and study engineering this would be perfect.
