Overview
The main role I experienced was maintaining the Quality Management system, Organizing key training sessions for operators. Attend daily standups as a quality representative and provide support to any critical actions
Skills
Developed IT Skills within Microsoft applications to a high level: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word Developed Commications/Presentation skills through leading meetings and providing training Learnt how to Solder to IPC standards
Responsibilities
Yes, I helped manage a core team to the company and lead multiple improvement projects. I also was responsible for hosting and organizing some of the sites major external audits.

The general atmosphere was good within the teams. Company wide was hard to judge due to the size of the organization
