Overview
Summer student tasked with presenting a project on sustainable equity implementation in DC Pension Schemes and their growth strategies. Aside from project work, I was fortunate enough to undertake work on a number of client teams whereby I could get an impression of what a graduate role might look like.

Much more responsibility than I could have expected - especially with respect to work on behalf of Hymans for clients

definitely enough support when needed but there was always a good degree of autonomy

very informal relative to my expectations, all staff are supportive and a healthy work culture is evident in the office
