The Role
I absolutely loved my time with the Keystone Group, the exciting continual development combined with a working atmosphere and moral which is second to none provided me with a complete placement experience both academically and socially.
I was given the platform to assist and contribute to significant projects, as-well as lead teams on particular elements of design. The genuine responsibility and successful completion of tasks was always remarked as being extremely valued, and thus i felt accepted and valued by colleagues.
While I did not require much support I was always being monitored to ensure that I did not require some / more when conducting projects. Excellent support was needed and used when required.
There was always the perfect mix between chat with fellow colleagues, social activities and achieving the task goals set by the company. Busy but with almost ideal balance.
As mentioned before I was placed on projects which required significant weight regarding importance. This made me feel appreciated, respected and the vote of confidence in my abilities helped facilitate my best work.
Unquestionably the skills I received and developed, both technical and soft skills will significantly aid future study. It will also undoubtedly render me much more employable upon graduating.
The Company
Absolutely fantastic, light heart-ed working environment. Second to none.
The busy schedule and continual development left some organisational prowess within the Keystone Group to be desired, but overall considering this fact it was very very good.
I received all the training I required upon starting, and also received all surplus training I felt would aid both myself and the company which I asked for and was relevant.

Extremely. The opportunity to progress up the corporate ladder is abundantly apparent and extremely attractive career wise.
The Culture
The social scene both locally and on a larger scale was excellent, with many opportunities taken to mingle and socialise with colleagues and fellow academics.
Extremely cheap, the company assisted in locating fantastic accommodation for myself at an extremely reasonable price per month.
Very good, 2 night clubs with many bars and restaurants within a 3 mile radius made it a fantastic place to socialise.
Absolutely, the sport and social club endeavour, and did, put on many fantastic events to take part in which I attempted to avail off as much as possible.
