My placement are RCI was an excellent opportunity to gain an insight into the working world and office life. Everyday presented a different task which allowed me to enjoy coming to work daily and seeing what challenges I would be presented with. I built a strong social circle during my placement, which really helped balance hard work with enjoyment. RCI go out of their way to attempt to incorporate an element of enjoyment into the work place. This was especially visible during celebrations such as Christmas.

I very much enjoyed my placement with RCI Financial Services, I believe the opportunities granted to me were far beyond my expectations of a Placement Year. The work required was both challenging and rewarding in equal measures and I felt valued as both an employee, and as a member of the team during my year. Even during the difficult COVID-19 period, I felt fully supported by both my team and HR which enabled me to perform to the best of my abilities and still feel connected to the company despite working remotely.

Thoroughly enjoyed working at RCI. I was made to feel extremely welcome from the moment I started and I could not have asked for a better team to help me get settled in. The company is the perfect size as it allows you to get to know a lot of other people and not only the other interns. The atmosphere at RCI was really good - work hard and set goals but have fun and enjoy yourself!

I loved the people that were always willing to help, the amount of responsibility that was given to me from my first day of work as well as the fact that I was extremely involved in the projects that were run by the company to the extent that I wasn`t only "an intern", I was a functioning member of the team. I also enjoyed working for a company that invested in my training and my development.

I really enjoyed the placement scheme at RCI Financial Services. All placement students in the business are fully valued and treated the same as full time members of staff. Working within the HR department, I was given multiple opportunities to try new things and to get involved in different areas of the business. In my role, I was able to work with people of all different levels, across the business. I assisted with the general admin of the HR department, including Onboarding of New Starters, and worked on projects including University Career Fairs, organizing our internal Christmas events for employees and working with colleagues in Renault UK to put on our first joint Work Placement Assessment Centre. The best part of my work placement definitely was the people at RCI - everyone was friendly and approachable.

I truly enjoyed my time here. RCI Financial Services (RCI FS) has a great work culture and the people are fantastic. The particular team I worked in were very friendly and always willing to help whenever possible. The year did go by really fast and felt like six months for me.

I really enjoyed my placement year with RCI Financial Services. The open-plan layout, along with a great group of friendly colleagues, provides a great working environment in which you continually learn from your team as well as those around you. This made settling into my job a lot easier and grew my knowledge and confidence throughout the year. The tasks within my role also varied quite a lot, from running reports for Renault and Nissan to attending regional sales meetings, which was one of the key reasons I enjoyed my job so much. It helped me learn more about the commercial strategy, as well as RCI Financial Services as a whole, making me feel like a valued member of the team.

I am very much enjoying my time here at RCI, I am involved in a variety of areas within HR, including recruitment, well-being and training. As HR is a relatively small department within RCI I work closely with my colleagues which makes the learning process a lot easier. I am provided with a lot of responsibility; managing my own projects and liaising with employees from a number of different departments. I believe my contribution is greatly appreciated by my team, really making me feel like any other employee
