    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • Data reporting and analysis. any queries from the field team regarding CRM. Managing relationship with Account Managers as well as our CRM data suppliers managing data requests from other areas of the business dealing with manual claims that will be sent in by Account managers due to them not being paid - multiple different reasons why they might not have been paid

  • improved my Excel skills - I am now very comfortable and confident when using excel and now have an in-depth knowledge of the software. improved literacy and verbal communication. gained a deeper knowledge of how a business operates and gained key knowledge in the automotive and financial services industry

  • Yes, during my time I was given lots of responsibility, especially as we have had a member of our team leave, which meant I was given the opportunity to take on further responsibility doing more specialist work

  • Given all the support I needed. everyone throughout the business is always happy to help, all you need to do is ask. We also have a weekly one to one session with our manager where we can gain further support and guidance as well as discuss our personal lives and our futures.

  • very happy and relaxed environment. Everyone is extremely friendly, which makes being in the office very enjoyable

    Your Impressions

  • 6. To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
  • i have very much enjoyed my placement, especially as i have had the opportunity to take upon further responsibility and develop my knowledge and experience. as there are lots of other interns, it makes fitting in very easy and that we can have a good social life as many of the interns will go out with each other on the weekend. finally, the social events the company offers is very enjoyable

  • spend plenty of time perfecting your CV and cover letters to ensure that they are very good. make yourself stand out. when it comes to the interview, be yourself and enjoy it. make sure you show character and that you stand out, as this will be the difference maker.
