About You
Have not enjoyed any of it. The sales school ( as they call it) was merely a time spent learning the script in a short amount of time, and the to be sent off into your regions as soon as possible.
Not at all. The start was not great, having had an argument with one of the managers as he was new to the job and his leadership skills were very poor.
Everything that was learnt was all based around the script, and why this works on so many people ( not much guidance) Majority of candidates still had no idea what Champions is even about (and this was during sales school)
Door knocking and learning a 4 page script has not really helped me with my studies in Law.
The Company
Given the fact that this programme has been running for quite a while now, it was shocking to see how poorly everything was run. Great speeches ( still don't know why everyone at champions is obsessed with them), but that's the only well structured thing they had going.
Every individual I have spoken during the sales school was confused. Sleeping 5 hours per night made everyone even worse, so not the best atmosphere.
As we were a group of over 200 people, not much time as spent with our individual managers. A lot of negative speeches throughout the first week, which is not beneficial in any shape or form.
Working 6 out of 7 days ( or 7 days depending on the managers), with over 10 hours a day is not very realistic? Every human being working that many hours gets at least two days off. This is just ridiculous. Not to mention that we don't get paid enough, and we end up spending all of our money in the first few days of the programme.
Still don't know what Champions Life Academy does. Company/ sales school/ door knocking/ life skills? What is this?!
Created even more confusion.
Everything Else
Not certain whether I would get my deposit back.
Haven't spoken to many people in that respect, since they're all "very busy people" and only have time for great speeches.
Barely enough time to sleep and eat.
Working everyday barely gives you enough time for extra activities, and the lack of sleep doesn't help.
I hope everyone gets a chance to read it before they even consider joining Champions.
