The Role
I enjoyed the Champions experience very much and although it was one of the toughest journeys i have been through, the rewards and results are completely worth it. The Internship was very tough at the start but the more your push through it the more you will enjoy it.
I felt very valued for the level of work that i did, with all jobs the more work you do the more appreciation you receive form the management.
There was a lot of support from my upline that guided me through my strengths and weaknesses. They also helped me see how to improve my flaws through training in groups and 1 2 1's.
Extremely busy, if you like to always have something to do Champs is the right place. There is always something to do to help you develop but there is enough free time to make sure you have the relaxation between working days.
I had quite a bit of responsibility on a day to day basis, including sorting out maps and managing people however i did want to have more responsibility.
My communication and social skills have developed enormously and feel like i can effectively communicate with anyone and this is all down to the training i have received which would not be supplied by a university. You can get real life skills here.
The Company
The atmosphere was generally positive, working long hours does come with its side-effects of tiredness and exhaustion however the atmosphere is almost of a family going through the same thing together.
The work placement was fairly well organized however at some points everything was left to the last minute but can be expected in a small company.
The company invests very heavily in its interns and counts on them reproducing the investment back to the company. The training is designed to keep people there so they can keep developing.
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
The appeal of future jobs in the company is very high as each person wants to keep on growing in the organisation to senior management and even part of the full time team.
The Culture
The social scene is awesome considering you are living with other students and there is enough free time to spend with eachother and on the days off there is always an activity everyone is doing.
The cost depends on where you are and what region you are put in however the money you are paid will usually be spent on the following day off.
The nightlife was good however depends on what region you are in and the people you are with.
There is always an opportunity to do something on the day off, the management team will organise activity's which can be things like bowling to even theme parks.
