The Role
It's a really different experience, meet a lot of friends in the internship and different people during the job. However it's really long hours work so it's tiring.
The company has competitions and sales meeting every week, so if you've done well you get recognised.
not enough and a bit late, could be more guidance on the show.
wake up, work, eat, sleep and repeat.
lead by example and some admin in the team and region.
learn a lot, like sales techniques, communication skill, these boost my confidence and open my mind as well.
The Company
fundraisers are closed, always have banter, it's fun.
car issue sometimes, overall is pretty organised but sometimes things are not explained, communication between managers and fundraisers could be better.
not enough teaching and preaching overall to everyone.
Company Car
International Travel
Company Parties/Events
interesting but too intensed.
The Culture
gather sometimes after work in the evening, go out together on day off, most of us are closed.
should be alright if we cook everyday, but the job is too tiring to cook every night, so it turns out to be buying food outside most of the time, which increase the cost of living.
not often, even there is one, I'm too tired to join...
Activities on day off every time, but again I may rather rest in home.
