The Role
Its challenging but rewarding if you put in the time to get better.
Working so closely with a team of people doing the same thing you do become very close. Therefore you feel valued because you are part of the team.
Always there to help when you need with a great support system in place.
Jam packed schedule but you all do the same thing, so everyone is involved.
Learning as you go along with the job while running a team, meetings and sales meetings.
Life skills as well as sales skills which will help in life and working world.
The Company
Fun was one of the main concepts of champs, while having serious moments which there are tasks or a job to do.
It was less organised, mainly you work out things along the way.
Personal training was amazing at sales school learning all you need to do with the job right from the beginning. There are meetings at points through the programme to assess the progress you have made.
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
The idea of progression into the future of the company is bright if you are willing to put the time in.
The Culture
Everyone hangs out together with days off spent as a region doing team activities.
If you aren't careful you will spend most of your money at socials, days off and lunch at meetings.
One night off spent in a social environment. Clubs are a good night out.
You could go to gym if you woke early but there isn't much time for activities outside work.
