The Role
A great experience, this program provides development as a person and to becoming a professional. also useful skills that you will need to learn an apply in everyday life.
the team strong in the sense that we all looked out for each other helping each other with any difficulties whether it be physical, mental or emotional.
a very supportive management team, they were their if you were having any trouble or need any advice.
you were extremely busy on a daily basis as you would work long hours most days (a lot require early starts), this wouldn't give you a lot of free time to yourself.
my team lived together therefore we ate together, clean, washed etc. so in terms of responsibility we made a rota to decide you does what and when.
This skills I have developed through this program will be of great assist after university, in terms of professionalism, tedious, research, clear spoken, confidence.
The Company
it was a very lively atmosphere, something was always going on, we thrived on constant positivity and as little negativity as possible.
the organisation was average.
The company investing a lot of personal training, with team meetings, one-to-ones and regional exercises.
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
there are a few appealing company prospects such as team leaders, management positions, however the marketing department is something id be more interested in.
The Culture
with out a doubt I was in the best team, a team where we all have our differences yet we could never be closer. we supported each other through each of our ups and downs and made sure we all stayed positive.
The cost of living was very cheap, as my team lived together and ate together the cost of food become cheaper as we all chipped in.
The night life I Essex was good, however due the days off we were unable to go out on more lively nights.
As there were few days off there was not much time to engage in any activates outside of work.
