The Role
Fantastic team and management made it a very fun and insightful summer!
Being able to live and work with colleagues gave us the chance to form a stronger bond.
Management were very supportive in personal and skill developments to ultimately create a habit of working upon your own initiative.
VERY busy but wouldn't have it any other way! Always on the go and always learning!!
The placement places a strong emphasis on organisation for yourself and of those around you. Living and working together with the team meant being responsible for organising personal and professional attitudes and schedules.
To be in a close knit team in a demanding work environment has taught me strong work ethics, self motivation and ways to adapt to ever changing work environments!
The Company

The Culture
Living with colleagues provided a very social environment :)
Depended on what your personal preferences are but our team in particular chose to budget for the weekly food shop so spent relatively little!
Was based in Essex and went out twice in Chelmsford and was surprisingly good!
Very little free time
