The Role
It was fantastic! I learnt so much and made some friends for life along the way.
Very much so. I felt like a very valuable part of the team/region.
The training was excellent, i worked very closely with my manager and he was there whenever i needed him.
Extremely busy! Long hours demanded an intense work ethic which i managed to adapt to. (One of the major lessons i learnt) It would be tough to complete this program with other commitments.
I was given more responsibilities as the program progressed as i showed leadership qualities. You get out what you put in.
I leant so much over the program, much of which will definitly help me in the future.
The Company
The atmoshphere was the best bit. Living and working in a team of students creates an awesome, fun and inspring atmosphere in which to work.
The organisation was very good. There is a clear structure to the company which allows everyone to make the most of their time there.
There was a huge emphasis on training a development as it is a student development program. The program starts with a 3 day training school followed by Regional meetings, Team meetings, 121 training as well as company wide advanced training,

Company Parties/Events
Very appealing. There is a clear organisational structure to the company which allows students to progress through the company, gaining more responsibility, skills and experience as they go.
The Culture
The placement was very socially orientated. Days off were spent as a team. Evenings were spent socialising and building friendships.
High Wycombe was relatively cheap. (Accommadation was covered by the company)
We did not have much time to sample the High Wycombe nightlife. We went out one sunday which was dissapointing but nearby Reading was awesome.
Not really, We had 5 days off in 80. We went to Thorpe park, Go ape and went paintballing but there is little time to do things on working days.
