  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • Best summer ever. Learn so much whilst having so much fun!

  • I was skeptical when they said this but you really do make friends for life at champs

  • Managers were there when ever you needed them. More of a friend than a manger

  • Very busy. It can be a 24/7 job, you get out what you put in. Was never boring though

  • You can always ask to be in charge of a certain job which is pretty cool. I was in charge of stats

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • I feel more confident as a person and there are techniques you can use anywhere and on anyone. Eg job interviews

    The Company

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • Never had more fun. You love with your team and you grow together as a little family. We had laughs every day throughout the day. Even at the hard times of the job.

  • Great

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • It is a student development program! There was training everyday to help develop our skills. Then you could do extra training with your team to really develop your self further.

  • Being able to manage your own team at such a young age - very appealing.

    The Culture

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • We used to have a regional day out. Regional activities us has Thorpe park bowling etc. good fun and you get to spend more time with your team and the rest of the region.

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • Rent taken out of pay, which was cheap. Pay not great but you do take away life skills which is so worth it. Also considering some internships don't pay is a bonus

  • Good. Didn't really get to go out much.
