The Role
It's a killer schedule, don't have any doubts. But the whole point of the internship is to find the fun in everything you do and once you do you'll enjoy the job.
A very tight knit team. You will be in a region, which in turn is divided into teams. As our director said, by the end you'll be completing each other's sentences!
Very supportive hierarchy- just ask for it and you have support.
Very busy, you start at 2-9PM on weekdays, by the end be set for 11-9PM days everyday.
Tremendous- you control the company's revenues depending on how many people you sign up!
Beyond doubt they're life skills. Stick till the end and you will be rewarded!
The Company
Very positive and buzzing environment. High energy and motivational atmosphere.
You'll have sales school for the first three days. This is very professional, high quality stuff. Advanced training is pretty insane as well. Even on a day to day basis the insights you receive are invaluable.
Company Car
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Good mobility, this is a small and growing company. If you enjoy this you'll be more than welcome.
The Culture
Yes, our days off were much fun! Even on a daily basis, even simple things like traveling to field can be fun- it's all upto you.
Gillingham is dirt cheap.
I was in Gillingham, Kent. It had one club and this was pretty mediocre (1p entry though).
On days off we did stuff like pier visits and mini golf etc but not much on a regular day, unless you meet someone interesting in field! (Which is not that unlikely)
