• Gained experience in using iGrafx software for generating value stream maps (VSM) for capturing the manufacturing process for the tool including cycle time, lead-time, operator availability and takt time for implementing the future state process
• Exercised exceptional attention to detail by monitoring the work of the technicians to produce standard work documents to carry out test procedures effectively and accurately
• Developed my problem solving and analytical skills by conducting failure analysis on faulty tools in order to identify the root-cause and eliminating the failures
