The Role
The work placement was very enjoyable and varied throughout the year
My opinion was always counted and i never felt under valued
the management team were always ready to help if there were any problems or queries. There was a lot of guidance from colleagues who had previously been on the same scheme
There was always a consistent stream of work that was both engaging and interesting
There was always tasks and resposibilities given to me that added real value to the company
At Sainsburys they were always very keen on giving me the necessary skills for success. Many courses were available throughout the year which has really aided my development
The Company
The atmosphere in the office was always lively with a lot always going on
The placement was very well organised, from a week long induction week introducing me to sainsburys to a varied year covering many areas of the business
There was always oppportunities to develop either through IGD evernts and courses or internal courses. The company were always willing to invest

The Culture
There were many graduates and placement students giving many opportunities to socialise out of work
Living in London is expensive but worth it
London provided great nightlife
