  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • Daily workload are usually balanced, hardly need to work extra time to finish work that need to be done. Although there is a need to juggle between different task throughout the days, but it is manageable and also improved my time management skills. I would say is a great balance between working and learning.

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • Full responsibility were given when having rotation on specific role, started with shadowing but eventually handling work as how permanent employees handles them. Great support with full responsibility given. This gave me a full experience on how is it like to work here as an employee, owning responsibility for work given.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • A great training was given at the start of the placement which had given technical knowledge basics to start the role. There were loads of topics that were not previously covered in the university and also picked up more knowledge along the way through handling day to day task. It will definitely help in my final year of my degree as more exposure to the technical knowledges have been gained. Various soft skills have been developed through day to day job which will follow me for the rest of my career.

  • Not sue about this. I guess this will depends on future job vacancy. However, this is definitely a good company to work for in terms of future career growth.
