The Role
I did enjoy my placement year as it really made me realize potential that i have and i also learnt so much and added more attributes in making me a candidate in future business roles
It was really a great honor to know that i soon became the agent that colleagues and managers advised new agents and other colleagues struggling to meet as i also started really slow and got a lot of help and advice. it was a great pleasure to pass it on
I was given very good support and advice from managers and colleagues that made me grow in confidence in doing my job efficiently and on time
Everyday 9am _ 5:30 pm i was always engaged in helping exciting and new business owners develop there business.
I was given so a lot of responsibility during my placement like * training new starters *buddy of struggling agents *data base management etc.
The skill have developed from my placement year particularly improved my communication skills and critical thinking, facilitation skills and attention to details .
The Company
The office atmosphere was particularly good, goals driven managers and colleagues with adequate motivation and inspiration
Very well set up and very great progression system put in place for placement student i went from BDS to SBDS Level 3 in 10 months with £4000 annual pay increase .
They did invest a lot of individual manager time for one to one training group training and also call in sessions to review my development over time .
Flexi Time
Company Parties/Events

It a really good organisation to develop your skills in business management roles and gives you the adequate skills and attribute you need to progress in your career.
The Culture
There was a good social scene as i got to meet other placement students from other universities shared ideas and goals together also engaged in a lot of social activities together
Cost of living and socialising in Bournemouth was adequately fair as it is a sea side town where a lot of tourist visit so you get what you pay for in terms of what the town attracts.
Great nightlife, many bars and clubs that attract people from nears city like Southampton and London
Yes charity activities which the organisation invested vastly in and other sport and recreational activities
