The Role
I was given support a lot from my supervisors and my manager, that was something that was defintely a benefit towards my work there as it helped me improve on my calls.
It wasn't the fact I was busy doing something, I felt I was busy doing nothing as in I could of done a lot more instead of doing a repetitve continously.
I didn't have much of a responsibility, I just continued to do a job that was ongoing but there was hardly responsibility as I didn't really do much.
I would say I have defintely improved on my communication skills, my organisation, being diligent and some what of my IT Skills. But nothing major that would spark something for a future IT Job role. It was more working with customers than an IT Related job.
The Company
The environment was very strict and it being repetitve it just got very boring and mentally draining because of having fairly little communication with my peers.
They didn't develop the skills that I wanted to gain from this experience, in hindsight I am quite annoyed and disappointed that I didn't get the experience that I hoped for.

The Culture
I got a long with all the other placement students and throughly enjoyed working alongside them!
It was hard living, it wasnt difficult at all.
Always great!
