The Role
Still doing a placement here, such a great atmosphere to work in, how we can get stressful at times as it is target driven. But there’s so many incentives that make you feel valued as a team member.
My colleagues including managers here are honestly the sweetest and funniest people and i’m actually really upset that because of lockdown i’m working from home and don’t get to see them. Everyone here is so welcoming and makes you feel at home
The training is very detailed and is carried out in a manner that anyone can understand and if there’s any further queries managers are always there to answer any questions. Even when working from home they all respond within seconds to any query or any need for support!
It’s a very fast paced workplace. However they do give you three breaks a day to compensate for it. Which gives you sufficient time to recollect yourself. with the support from the managers most of the time it doesn’t even feel like work because of the great environment they’ve created.
As a business development specialist you’re set out you’re responsibilities and everyone else also has those same responsibilities so it’s evened out.
So many transferable skills for my future career in HR and has taught me in general how to be more confident and to believe in my own abilities
The Company
Such a loving and fun atmosphere! Made really good friends here so far. Everyone’s really jokey but also really helpful and will never make you feel stupid for asking a question.
I have nothing to say as it just all works seamlessly. Not a single issue.
You receive in-depth training. If you ever need more they will help you as much as they can. If you’re falling behind at any point they immediately give you call coaching.
