The Role
Meeting and working with a load of like minded banterou, glorious individuals that like to work hard and play hard is just phenominal
Living, working and eating together naturally makes every person in your house feel like a family member and its great fun.
Champions provides a fantastic framework of management and there's always someone that will give you 5 minutes or 1/2 of their time to help you get closer towards your goals
Obviously knowing that this was going to be an intense internship by having done 2 previous summers I knew I would undoubtedly be kept busy through out the program however I did manage to be taught how to effectively time manage and I find a really good work/life balance
Being a regional manager I was running my own region of 20+ students and I was given a guide line on what my R&R's were, but outside of that I could use any of my own creative management techniques I saw fit in order to get not only the best out of the students but myself as well. I was effectively given my very own business entity to run which at 21yrs old is fantastic experience
What I have learnt from 3 summers at Champions has not only helped me progress in my personal skill set and management capability but I have made business partners for life which will continually and undoubtedly help me achieve my goals and every year I have met more and more like minded individuals and I'm already looking forward to next summer and facing a brand new set of challenges
The Company
Full blown banter seamlessly infused with hard work
scheduled, everyone knew their R&R's
Its all about personal development and helping you get what you want and a lot of time is spent with individuals helping them achieve their goals

After a 3rd summer within Champions I have effectively passed my 3 year interview and been offered a full time role within the company as of January after travelling
The Culture
Even though we wanted to get the most out of our summer and work as hard as we could we could still have the occasional beer here and there and the weekly regional sales meetings are ideal to catch up with one another and just chill out
company subsidised housing and we shopped in a near by ASDA every few days, we basically spent nothing which is ideal as I graduated this year with huge debts
Well it was never about the night life to be honest, but with London closish we went there a few times
