The Role
Being able to work on different campaigns across multiple sectors helps you be able to communicate with different people, also helps you read people over phone (tone of voice ) - taking on journey. Learnt cut throat approach/
Felt valued by lots of mentors - gave ideas on how to improve.
Have to learn to swim yourself, but works well as thats how you learn
Fairly busy - environment where everything is based around stats so have to get used to that
As I didn't always hit target, it was hard for management to give me more responsibility
Communication, sales skills - general business environment. How to communicate with peers and managers - understanding hierarchy. Can use Astute as grad job example.
The Company
busy and fast past environment
Given opportunity to be able to learn and earn real money
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
In terms o f future prospects I wouldn't return as the job wasn't suited to me . However there are opportunities for people to progress,
The Culture
Yeah - always incentives to motivate which involved social events.
Try and live out of town - advise to live in family homes.
Quite expensive - good night life
Badminton clubs, snooker etc
