  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • Being able to work on different campaigns across multiple sectors helps you be able to communicate with different people, also helps you read people over phone (tone of voice ) - taking on journey. Learnt cut throat approach/

  • Felt valued by lots of mentors - gave ideas on how to improve.

  • Have to learn to swim yourself, but works well as thats how you learn

  • Fairly busy - environment where everything is based around stats so have to get used to that

  • As I didn't always hit target, it was hard for management to give me more responsibility

  • Communication, sales skills - general business environment. How to communicate with peers and managers - understanding hierarchy. Can use Astute as grad job example.

  • Yeah - always incentives to motivate which involved social events.

  • Try and live out of town - advise to live in family homes.

  • Quite expensive - good night life
