  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • Really good team culture, and strong work ethics/motivation. Good opportunities to earn more money (uncapped bonus)

  • Keep work life and social life separate and teams shift / change a lot so you get to meet a lot of people in the business. Which can be both good and bad

  • Lots of support and coaching, regular feedback and personal statistics always available to you. Even though everyone under a lot of pressure the managers will help you out any time

  • If you want to succeed at this company, the more you put in the more you get back.

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • Repeat-ability, same role every day although you do change campaign. Even though Astute offer promotional opportunities, the role stays the same (but you get paid more)

  • Although you learned to help people with their online marketing plans on the phone, you haven't learned how Astute itself markets their company and wins client contracts.

  • Positive atmosphere - get to know the team, and the mood is generally dictated by the amount of sales and leads the team has.

  • you can, however I was busy outside work (going home etc)

  • Affordable Accommodation - cheaper than London Because its cheap, your margins will increase and you will go back to Uni with more Money

  • Pretty good - lot of variety - and cheap and there is a beach
