The Role
Really good team culture, and strong work ethics/motivation. Good opportunities to earn more money (uncapped bonus)
Keep work life and social life separate and teams shift / change a lot so you get to meet a lot of people in the business. Which can be both good and bad
Lots of support and coaching, regular feedback and personal statistics always available to you. Even though everyone under a lot of pressure the managers will help you out any time
If you want to succeed at this company, the more you put in the more you get back.
Repeat-ability, same role every day although you do change campaign. Even though Astute offer promotional opportunities, the role stays the same (but you get paid more)
Although you learned to help people with their online marketing plans on the phone, you haven't learned how Astute itself markets their company and wins client contracts.
The Company
Positive atmosphere - get to know the team, and the mood is generally dictated by the amount of sales and leads the team has.
Really simplified
Lots of training and coaching - constructive feedback and a good development of underlining patterns that lead to your success
Sports and Social Club
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Astute is good stepping stone
The Culture
you can, however I was busy outside work (going home etc)
Affordable Accommodation - cheaper than London Because its cheap, your margins will increase and you will go back to Uni with more Money
Pretty good - lot of variety - and cheap and there is a beach
yes
