The Role
Really enjoyed everything I did. Felt my work was worthwhile
Felt I was really supported the whole time
Fully
Sometimes more than others but never overloaded
Lots, but always had support if I needed it
I'm pretty sure doing this placement has enabled me to get my new job with the arts council
The Company
The right amount of fun verses work
This is the only thing they could have improved on. When they had projects I could do it was amazing, but if something went wrong it was difficult to find a backup
Everything I needed
Good. But not for me just yet
The Culture
Yeah they made and effort to invite me out
London.. A lot...
Same
Well they all work hard so there were occasionally oppistunities
