The Role
It was interesting in that it gave me some insight into how Macmillan works.
I felt rather valued, although I did expect to be given more responsibility.
Guidance was available each time I asked for it.
Not necessarily very busy.
Not too much.
It was part of my exploration, I am not sure how much it will assist in my degree studies and beyond.
The Company
Quite pleasant.
The organisation of my internship was average. I felt a lot more responsibility could have been offered to the intern, although I admit the intrinsic nature of the role/internship did not necessarily call for a lot of variation and creativity. Trying to engage the intern and find connections with his/her already developed skills and expertise should be something that could be explored further.
This is was not necessarily applicable. It was only once that I expressed my wish to attend a training and was allowed to without any issues.
Flexi Time
Healthcare/Dental
Not very appealing to me.
The Culture
I was not interested in this.
It was the same as anywhere else in London.
I have no idea. Not applicable
