The Role
Fanastic placement working within a lovely team. My role has given me the opportunity to exprience a broad range of the company.
From day one I was made to feel like a member of the team never "just a placement student"
Great training and development. My manager and the team guided me throughout my placement, giving me additional support near university coursework deadlines.
I feel I had a great work life balance. I was never over or under worked.
The franchising team made sure I was given more responsibility as I gained confidence and developed in my role.
The skills I have developed during my placement year will be paramount for my future career. These skills can't be taugh through books or lectures.
The Company
Fantastic, everyone was friendly, approachable and willing to help
The HR team were great. I had the opportunity attend an Industrial Placement welcome day where all the IP’s could meet, ask any questions and then potentially start looking for houses.
