McDonald's does not have a graduate scheme however many placements students are asked to return if they have many a good impression throughout their year and there are positions available.
The Culture
There are a large amount of placement students working at McDonald's, we all became close friends inside and outside of work. This made the whole year even more enjoyable.
Living in London is expensive however the overall experience makes it worth the cost.
East Finchley has a number of pubs and bars around the office however if you want to find Nightlife you need to go to central London which is fantastic and is only a few tube stops away.
There are a number of corporate events taking place throughout the year for example Christmas/Summer Parties, Charity Balls and competitions
