    • A great experience to view the process of planning a sporting event

    • Very valued, I felt that my work was really appreciated

    • Lots of support, if I needed anything my manager would be on the other end of the phone to talk to me

    • I am studying Event Management so the Event Assistant role was full of really useful information

    • It had a main project which was clear

    • A brilliant atmosphere and everyone was very happy

    • No training as such but if there was anything I wanted to improve there were opportunities to do this

    • My manager spoke about potential roles and offered advice for these

    • As it was home based it was no so much about the company culture but even from working at home you still felt as part of a team

    • As I worked from home I had no expenses but there was plenty of tea and coffee!

    • At the event and meetings

    • The final event acted as a good opportunity to speak to other people in the organisation
