About You
A great experience to view the process of planning a sporting event
Very valued, I felt that my work was really appreciated
Lots of support, if I needed anything my manager would be on the other end of the phone to talk to me
I am studying Event Management so the Event Assistant role was full of really useful information
The Company
It had a main project which was clear
A brilliant atmosphere and everyone was very happy
No training as such but if there was anything I wanted to improve there were opportunities to do this
My manager spoke about potential roles and offered advice for these
As it was home based it was no so much about the company culture but even from working at home you still felt as part of a team
It showed that there are lots of opportunities in Macmillan available to graduates
Everything Else
As I worked from home I had no expenses but there was plenty of tea and coffee!
At the event and meetings
The final event acted as a good opportunity to speak to other people in the organisation
From my research on the company I could see the other activities available
Definately, you can commit as much or as little time as you like
