The Role
The workload was really varied and I was able to learn about specific systems.
My colleagues were very supportive, inviting me to all team meetings and some external meetings as well.
My manager was brilliant and there support really made the internship what it was.
Fluctuated alot at first, but definitely busier towards the end.
Software like Stata will really help me at university and if I was to get a future job in social reserach.
The Company
More organised then I expected.
There were events for all interns with some training. My manager also signed me up for other internal training and gave me an opportunity to shadow senior colleagues.
Flexi Time

Working from home
Definitely could come back to the team if there is a vacancy. Will continue to volunteer with Macmillan in some way.
