The Role
Lovely people, great work ethic, relaxed environment and smiles all around and not to forget copious amount of cake.
Valued.
Was there in a blink of an eye
Not a great amount of work load but I think that comes with the ebb and flow of the overall work that actually comes in.
Given responsibilities and trusted to do them.
Helped me put my learnt skills to use. Great way to get your foot in the door and learn some great copywriting skills, amongst really nice people.
The Company
Light and happy, though work still gets done.
It was what was needed, not too much interference and not left to fend for yourself.
I went on a course, was encouraged to talk to different people in the departments and regularly had meetings with my mentor.
Flexi Time
National Travel
If I wanted to apply to another position within the company then that was strongly encouraged, so yes a high chance but not in the role I am doing and would like to work in.
The Culture
It was OK, not great. A bit haphazard in organising, but then again I think a lot of the interns weren't really interested in meeting up.
It was ok, not a vast amount of places but enough to get by on.
A few.
