The Role
Really nice atmosphere within the work place, lovely group of interns and responsability within my department.
I never feel below anyone else within the department, they do not make me feel like an intern and everyone is very sociable.
My management offer me support whenever it is needed.
I always have something to do, but not to the extent that i feel stressed. If i don't have a job to do, my management are always eager to give me another one.
I feel like one of the department, so i get as much as responsibility as the others!
As I am a Marketing student the skills of customer services are not overally related to my course, however I have picked up a number of office skills along with "life skills" for once I have completed university.
The Company
My colleagues are my friends also, so it is a very happy place to work!
The Human Resources have done a great job with setting up the internships, I was given the names of other interns for McDonalds and therefore share a house with them.
McDonalds has enrolled me in a number of courses to learn new skills for after I finish university which will thoroughly help.

The Culture
The other interns are very friendly and fun, we regularly go out or go shopping. Luckily I live with 2 others so there is always something going on!
Obviously London is a expensive place to live, but luckily we are on the edge which is a lot cheaper! However there is only a 20 minute tube directly from the office to Oxford St!
A 24 hr bus from outside the house to anywhere in London... Brilliant!
