The Role
I liked the people I worked with and the guidane I recieved throughout.
I always felt they made me feel of value and tried to involve me in as much as possible.
In everything or anything I knew I could just ask and I was explained stuff throughly on anything new. I was never thrown into the deep end alone.
I think I always had something to do but never given a deadline to meet so could work at my own pace.
I wasnt given too much responsibilty which I liked so I knew that everything I did would be checked.
gave me a huge insight into office life, the job, role and I will never forget this experience.
The Company
very friendly but the teams stuck to eachother nto much mixing amoungst teams apart from the few people.
well organised despite for the first few weeks i didnt have anything major to do so couldnt get properly stuck into anything.
I think I recieved alot of group training with all the interns but alone i only recieved very introductory training to computer programs
Healthcare/Dental
In a different area of macmillan I would be interested to wor, not the one I interned in simply becasue I learnt it wasnt for me.
The Culture
