    • Fantastic allround experience for personal development

    • My personal manager was fantastic, and any help requested from others was always there

    • There was lots of work to do, working for a charity you can always do more! i never felt burdened though

    • Although everything was planned, i was then free to make it happen. i enjoyed this level of responsability

    • I did not have an office, i worked from home

    • could have been more understanding from central offices (UKO London) of how remote some of us are. and that we arent meeting in offices every day

    • I was given great internal training, this lead to personal development

    • will always be an option, however i have a better offer at this time

    • When we did get together and meet up we were all suited well together
