    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • It was a very good placement. I would say I learned a lot not just career wise but also about myself as an individual which meant a lot to me.

  • I had a great team, they were very supportive.

  • I also had a good relationship with my manager, he was very supportive and helped me realise a lot about my future career

  • It varies, some weeks I am really busy and some not so much.

  • I was quite a few responsibility which was one of the good aspects og my placement

  • I gained a good experience in how to deal with situations in a corporate world

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • Pretty laid back, friendly, lots of laughter. Generally a good atmosphere in the office

  • Fair

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • They offered IT training for interns during the induction week. There were also online courses which you could take if you wanted.

  • They currently have no graduate scheme

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • Not in my opinion

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • I lived in Guildford which was reasonably priced and it has a few bars. It is also close to london; 30mins by trains.

  • Frimley has no social life

  • Not that I was aware of
