The Role
It was a very good placement. I would say I learned a lot not just career wise but also about myself as an individual which meant a lot to me.
I had a great team, they were very supportive.
I also had a good relationship with my manager, he was very supportive and helped me realise a lot about my future career
It varies, some weeks I am really busy and some not so much.
I was quite a few responsibility which was one of the good aspects og my placement
I gained a good experience in how to deal with situations in a corporate world
The Company
Pretty laid back, friendly, lots of laughter. Generally a good atmosphere in the office
Fair
They offered IT training for interns during the induction week. There were also online courses which you could take if you wanted.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Working from home
They currently have no graduate scheme
The Culture
Not in my opinion
I lived in Guildford which was reasonably priced and it has a few bars. It is also close to london; 30mins by trains.
Frimley has no social life
Not that I was aware of
