  • Vary variable due to understaffing at times due to many changes within the team

  • Increased throughout the placement - was good.

  • Good atmosphere even during intense periods.

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • Induction was insufficient, only one "official" placement event was organised by the company. First 1.5 weeks, I didn't have a laptop or functioning IT IDs. I never received an official job description as my placement was a new role.

  • The trainings were available but I didn't feel it was encouraged significantly to invest time in doing it.
